Philip3010
Hello everybody, just installed a pinsound plus in my SDT TNG. Works like a dream Does anybody know if there is any advantage to getting a stereo soundharness for this pin if you just want to install the original sound files? These files are all mono so I see no benefit at all Have a good one
gerald
If you only play with the original sound files, no need to get the stereo harness.

Laithan
I know this is an old post but I wanted to contribute. There are 2 benefits to using the 2.1 cable, even with stock speakers and stock audio. (1) You gain access to the tone controls on the board. (2) You gain access to 2 dedicated amps. See this from the product's page: "With this cable, you enable the full potential of your PinSound board (full back box / cabinet tone control & 2 dedicated amplifiers)." The answer also may depend if you upgrade the stock speakers or not. If you upgrade the speakers then I beleive you are going to want those dedicated amplifiers to drive them properly.
