LarryCasey Posted January 10 Report Posted January 10 Hi, if I want to create a package, which is better: a zip file with the folders or a pspack? But in that case, how do I create the pspack? Quote

But in that case, how do I create the pspack? You need to begin with an already existing sound pack (to make sure you have all the right sound folders in place). Open the PSPACK file, it creates a folder, and then simply drag and drop the new sound files in the desired folders. When a new sound file is present in a folder, the "_PREVIEW" sound will not be read by the sound board so you don't have to bother deleting it. Once you are done editing your new sound pack, copy and paste the whole sound pack folder (with everything in it, pspck, config.pinsound file and the music, jingle,... folders) to the root of the USB flash drive you will use in your sound board. You don't need to create a new PSPACK file. You will find every piece of information and tutorial videos regarding the creation and modification of sound packs here: https://www.pinsound.org/support/sound-package-information/ LarryCasey 1 Quote

Because he shared it with us to be approved by our team. As it was a whole remake of the sound pack with new sound bits for almost every sound events in the sound pack, we thought it was worth the conversion. You can submit your sound pack by mail at support@pinsound.org if you think it is complete enough to get this treatment as well. If you simply change some background music, it might not be necessary to go through this whole process. You can simply zip the whole modified folder and share it as it is, it will work just fine. On va le passer au format PSPACK dès qu'on aura vérifié que tout se passe bien en jeu. M'autorisez-vous à remplacer le pack que vous avez posté par la version PSPACK convertie une fois que ce sera fait ? Quote
