I found our (using BridgeM1) that this voice file is missing from all the orchestrations found on PinSound communitz for JD pinball machine. I dont know how to determine the event call number for this sound (or any other sound fot that matter).
Also, file from track #130 (is also missing from all orchestration).
If any one know how to determine the event call number for sounds please share.

Judge Dredd Legacy Files 1993 (FULL SET, NO MISSING) View File I have here the FULL SET of Judge Dredd Legacy files from the 1993 Midway Pinball. The previous one posted on Pinsound Forums had sounds missing or in the wrong folders. I have optimised this set for Pinsound by putting everything in the right folders. I used M1 to make sure I did not miss any files. The only edit I made was in the end game match music, I had to add in extra dead silence at the end in order for it match up with the final banjo music twang (hope that made sense haha).
